The 2023 What’s So Cool About Manufacturing® contest for Pennsylvania’s northern tier region was produced by the Northern Tier Regional Planning & Development Commission (NTRPDC) in Towanda, PA. It featured entries from schools in Bradford, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga, and Wyoming counties.
